Project Expo - Details

The Project Expo will showcase innovative projects by students. Participants can present their prototypes and research from 10:00 am onwards.

Protocols:

• Maximum of 2 members per team
• Registration by 9:30 am
• Prototype setup required by 9:45 am
• Judging panel will visit each stall from 10:15 am
• The final results will be determined solely by the jury’s decision.

Paper Presentation - Details

Any emerging and latest technology of respective fields(engineering departments) can be opted for paper presentation

Protocols:

• Maximum of 2 members per team
• Submit abstract and ppt by 18/09/2025 to respective department emails mentioned below. (The format of ppt should be in .pptx or .pdf)
• Presentation time limit: 8 minutes + 2 minutes for Evaluation.
• Use of multimedia presentations allowed
• The final results will be determined solely by the jury’s decision.

A platform for students to display scientific posters.

• Maximum of 3-5 minutes of time for presenting poster

• Judging criteria includes application of latest technology, adaptability, feasibility, creativity
